- A list of medications
- Any recent dental records or X-rays (if available)
- Notes about symptoms, pain, or past dental concerns
If you’re coming in for an emergency, it helps to tell us when the pain started and what triggers it (cold, chewing, pressure).

What to Expect When You Arrive
When you check in, our team will confirm your contact information and help you with any forms. If you have insurance, we can verify benefits and review cost expectations before treatment begins.
If you’re a self-pay patient, that’s okay here. We’ll still explain options clearly and help you prioritize what matters most.

Comforts and Amenities
We want your visit to feel calm and manageable, especially if you feel anxious.
You may have access to:

- Laughing gas when appropriate
If you’re nervous, tell us at check-in. We’ll slow things down and talk through what helps.

You’ll meet Dr. Iveth Gonzalez, your provider at IMG Dental. She takes time to listen first, then explains what she sees and what it means for your health.
If you prefer Spanish, you can speak Spanish with our team. We’re a multilingual office and want you to feel understood.

Your Exam and Treatment Planning
Your visit may include a full exam, a professional cleaning, and digital X-rays if needed.
After the exam, we’ll review:
- What’s healthy
- What needs attention soon
- What can wait
- Your treatment options and expected timeline
If you need more than one procedure, we can break care into steps so it feels realistic for your schedule and budget.

Check-Out, Follow-Up, and Rescheduling
Before you leave, we’ll make sure you know what comes next.
At check-out, we can:
- Review your next steps and answer final questions
- Provide home-care instructions if you had treatment
- Help schedule your next visit
- Discuss payment options, including CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit, if monthly payments would help
