Visiting a new dentist should feel simple. At IMG Dental, we’ll walk you through each step, answer your questions, and help you leave with a clear plan.

What to Bring

Bring what you have. If you’re missing something, still come in.

Your photo ID
Your insurance card (if you have one)
A list of medications
Any recent dental records or X-rays (if available)
Notes about symptoms, pain, or past dental concerns

If you’re coming in for an emergency, it helps to tell us when the pain started and what triggers it (cold, chewing, pressure).

When you check in, our team will confirm your contact information and help you with any forms. If you have insurance, we can verify benefits and review cost expectations before treatment begins.

If you’re a self-pay patient, that’s okay here. We’ll still explain options clearly and help you prioritize what matters most.

If you prefer Spanish, you can speak Spanish with our team. We’re a multilingual office and want you to feel understood.
